It's simple. Kids need to play. And it's not all fun and games. The truth is, play allows kids to develop healthy lifestyles, both physically and emotionally. Despite the importance of play, it is often relegated to the "nice to do" column, pushed down by the "need to do"'s of work, school, and extra curriculars.
