Girls don't have to choose between science and princesses

There is much debate these days about the genderization of everything from toys to toothbrushes. And often, the discussions against it seem to suggest that girls interested in science are the anti-princesses. In this Medium essay, Sara Chipps, CEO of Jewelbots, ("programmable friendship bracelets that teach girls how to code") makes the point that there is most certainly room in the tech world for "girly girls".
The pink aisle is great, the Lego aisle is great. None of those things affect whether or not your daughter will grow up to be an engineer.
