Peanut Butter Chocolate Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp powdered milk
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream, divided
Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, and powdered milk in a large bowl and mix well until it starts to hold together when pressed.
Press mixture into a lined pan. If you use a 9x13 pan the tart layers will be thinner, if you use an 8x11 pan they will be thicker.
Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in 1/2 cup of the heavy cream until smooth and well combined. Pour ganache over the graham crust.
Let cool in fridge for 15-20 minutes until the top is just set.
Melt the peanut butter chips in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the remaining heavy cream until smooth. Pour peanut butter ganache over set chocolate.
Freeze 1 hour. Cut into small rectangles and enjoy!!
